How It Works

The academy soccer league is a recreational for boys and girls aged 4-13.  The academy introduces young players to soccer with a premier curriculum.   The program is designed to have young players enjoy soccer while learning the fundamentals of the game.  The league includes a weekly practice and small sided weekend games to provide training and a low level competitive environment. Players who enjoy the game can add on an additional CAK staff lead training session per week.

  • Focus on player development and fun - there is a league for every level of player.

  • Flexibility to move players to different levels within the season.

  • Accepting boys and girls from any community.

  • Sessions run by local varsity soccer players and the high school coaches from the communities at each location.  Volunteers with Jackson HS Staff Coach curriculum and oversight.

  • Designed to prepare boys and girls for travel soccer while including fun games and instruction.

  • League has several seasons:

    • Fall - August to October

    • Winter I - November to December

    • Winter II - January to March

    • Spring - April to June.
