Spring 2012 Gold Tryout Date:

MONDAY, FEB 20th from 12pm-3pm at HALL OF FAME FITNESS.

OPEN TO ALL PLAYERS THAT ARE REGISTERED FOR SPRING SOCCER. Please come during your assigned age group times.

12:00 - 12:50pm All U9 and younger players.

1:00 - 1:50pm All U10 and U11 players.

2:00 - 3:00pm All U12 and older players.

Prior to each outdoor season, Jackson Select will offer an official Gold tryout day. The coaching staff places major importance on the overall ratings from the previous season for team placement. Gold tryout times are more of a ‘final rehearsal’ for players to be viewed by a couple additional coaches, or new players to get an extended look. Jackson Select’s goal is to challenge players, but at their appropriate level. By placing them in an environment they are not ready for is not good for the players, parents, coaches, or the club.

Jackson Select offers two levels of teams.

Gold level teams are players that have been selected through training sessions and/or tryouts to play on teams at the top level of our league. These teams will also periodically travel to area indoor and outdoor tournaments. Gold level players are asked to commit to the program through spring and fall sessions as well as one session of indoors.

Developmental teams compete the 2^nd and 3^rd divisions of the league. Players at this level have opportunities to train and play in Gold level games, if selected by the coaching staff.
