Information and Registration

Please fill out the form completely and submit Upon submitting the registration online, you will receive confirmation from which you will need to mail in with payment!

Your registration is not complete until the waiver and payment have been received. Your child will not be placed on a roster in the program until your registration is complete.
Please note, you will be contacted via email regarding schedules and rosters around the beginning of August. The www.jacksonselect.org website will be updated with the same information as well. Nothing will be mailed out. Some emails filter out email blasts. Be sure to include the following email address to ensure you will receive information from Jackson Select. mgb2jc@jackson.sparcc.org.

In order for Kindergarteners to qualify for the J-League, they must have a solid amount of playing experience. Refer to the Little Kickers Page for further explanation. Please list the past programs they have participated in:
