Little
Kickers and J-League
Information
Fall
2008
Information:

| Who
for: |
Little
Kickers: Boys and Girls Pre-K and
Kindergarten Divisions.
(minimum age: 4 years old by April 15th)
J-League:
Boys and Girls Advanced*
Kindergarteners, 1st
Graders, and 2nd
Graders
*ADVANCED means the player has been in the Little Kickers
program for a couple of seasons, performed well with
instruction and attention, and has demonstrated
skills taught in the little kickers program. If your
son/daughter is still a bit timid at the Little Kickers'
level, they may not be ready for J-League.

| When: |
Starting
April
19th thru Early June.
J-League
will have additional dates on Wednesday evenings. See schedules
for more info.
Saturdays
will have two sessions 9:30am and 11:00am .
Weekday
evenings for J-league will start at 5:30pm.

| Where: |
All
sessions will take place at Stuhldreher

Little
Kickers: $45.
J-League: $65.
Family
discounts: (Does not apply after after March 14th)
Discount
$20 for two children, from the same family.
Discount
$40 for three children, from the same family.

$10
Late-Registration fee per-player applies after July
10th, provided space is available.

| Little
Kickers |
Teams
will train for the first half of the session and play a
game vs. another team for the second half of the session. Games
are small sided and everyone plays. |
| J-League |
Teams
will train for the first few sessions. When the games
begin, teams will train to begin the session, and the game
will follow. The game will be a 2-20 minute half game.
Skills will be the main emphasis. Positions and beginning
tactics will be introduced.
We
will need volunteer parents to help coach in case of
conflicts. If you have any experience in soccer or
coaching, please consider helping out. Thanks!

| Features |
Skill
sessions and games each week
on Saturday Mornings.
(No
weekday commitments for Little Kickers!)
Each
of the team coaches will be comprised of current boys and
girls high school varsity soccer players, as well as
former players and Jackson Select coaches.
Skill
sessions and games will be organized by the director,
Michael Biros, current coach of the Jackson Boys' Varsity
Soccer Program. The
design is to create the building blocks for the youth
programs, and ultimately, our very successful high school
teams!

| Make-up |
Cancellations
due to weather conditions, or other emergent situations
will be made up.

will not be called. If conditions do not look favorable,

promote youth soccer in Jackson Township and surrounding
areas.

organize and develop youth soccer in Jackson Township
through our wonderful travel programs.

Jackson
Boys and Girls Varsity will be running summer soccer camps
for all ages. For girls, see the Jackson Fury website, or
